Let’s start at the very beginning [a very good place to start]
Our 5 week Beginner Garment Sewing 101 series is the perfect way to practice using the machine, tackle your first project and leave feeling like you have a grasp on this whole ‘garment sewing’ thing. We hope that once you take the course you’ll leave inspired to remake your entire wardrobe!
In this class you’ll be making a beginner friendly blouse pattern for woven fabrics, the Dove Blouse by Megan Nielsen Patterns. You have the choice of 3 different sleeve options, how cool is that! Not sure what I’m talking about with those woven fabrics? Don’t worry, we’ll cover stuff like that too!
The Dove Blouse comes in sizes XS-XL with a maximum full bust size of 46”. If you have any questions about sizing please contact us, and if you fall out of that size range we have other options that we can discuss.
