General Party Pricing:
Basic Sewing Project Package: $200 for 5 kids minimum, each additional guest is $35 up to 12 kids total. We have a firm 8 year old age limit for all birthday party attendees. 2 hour party total: 1 hour 15 minutes sewing time and 45 minutes for whatever food you bring. (cost per child may vary depending on project)
Included in Basic Package: Party Host and her helper, set up and clean up of space including party decor, all prepped materials for the project, sewing themed digital invitations, paper plates and napkins, photobooth style photos at the end in our colorful space and 45 minutes for whatever food/dessert you bring.
Pizza & Dessert Package: For an additional $15 a child we will provide pizza, cupcakes and juice/water for everyone-delivered to the party so you don’t have to worry about it!
*Ideally, birthday parties are scheduled at least 2 months in advance in order to get into our schedule, which is done in 2 month blocks. A date within 2 months is not guaranteed. During the school year parties cannot be scheduled M-F between 4-7pm.
All Parties require a $50 non-refundable deposit and are able to be cancelled up to a week before the party. Within 7 days an additional $50 fee applies for loss of business.
